Liverpool John Lennon Airport has appointed Natalie Mackay to the new position of Travel Trade Executive.
Natalie has worked in travel for more than 25 years and joins from Hay Travel’s Liverpool Kirkby branch, where she has been Branch Manager for the past five years.
In her new role, she’ll be helping to develop the airport’s relationship with the travel trade across the Liverpool City region, the north west and north Wales
Natalie said: “As someone who has advised local travellers and helped with their travel plans for a number of years, I know how important it is to constantly improve your travel knowledge of the customer journey from start to finish, so I’m really looking forward to working with the region’s travel trade, promoting all the many benefits of flying from Liverpool.”
